Which case material is best for a secure stick of the adapter? - It is recommended to choose a hard case with a flat back made of stainless steel, PC, or TPU. Note: Silicone, rubber, and soft-touch coatings should not be used as they cannot stick to the adapter.

Can the adapter be directly stuck on the phone? How long can it be used after sticking? - No, the adapter should not be directly stuck on the phone. It is recommended to use a protective case with a sling hole. Allow the adhesive to dry for 24 hours before using for better stickiness.

Is there any requirement for the position where the adapter sticks to the protective case? - It is advised to stick the adapter to the center of the phone case for a more uniform force when riding. DO NOT stick the adapter directly on your phone.

Please note: Stick the adapter on a flat/hard phone case and avoid using rubber, silicon, or soft-touch coatings. TPU cases are suitable.
