Aluminum Handlebar Clamp Mount Base for Garmin GPS with 17mm TPU Ball

The clamp mount base for handlebars is made of durable and reliable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. It is equipped with a 17mm TPU ball, suitable for round rails with diameters of 0.5'', 0.87'', 1'', and 1.26''. This mount is compatible with the Garmin GPS mount system that uses a 17mm ball socket.

The main body of the mount is made through CNC integrated molding, resulting in a smooth and solid surface. The TPU over-molded ball head provides excellent anti-slip performance.

This handlebar clamp mount has a 17mm ball that can accommodate handlebars with diameters of 0.5 inch (12mm), 0.87 inch (22mm), 1 inch (25.4mm), and 1.26 inch (32mm). It features a tool-less design, making it easy to install or remove.

The package includes three soft rubber ring inserts, which can be used to ensure a snug fit and protect the mounting surface. The diameter of the rubber ring inserts is 0.5''(12mm), 0.87''(22mm), and 1''(25.4mm). You can adjust the fit by adding or removing the rubber rings according to the handlebar diameter. When the rubber rings are not used, the hole diameter of the handlebar mounting base is 1.26" (32mm).

To prevent loosening in high vibration environments, the handlebar ball mount utilizes rubber-insert and lock-bolt. It can be mounted to motorcycle & bike handlebars, rear-view mirrors, and other round rails within the specified dimensions.

The 17mm ball clamp mount is constructed with CNC machining and hard anodized surface, ensuring durability and reliability in any demanding environment. The TPU over-molded ball head is non-slip and wear-resistant.

This handlebar mounting base is compatible with the 17mm ball socket system, but not suitable for the 1 inch ball socket system. It can be used with Garmin GPS brackets and bike motorcycle phone mount holders that have a 17mm swivel ball mounting pattern.
